Welcome to Life Matters

Based in Cape Town’s well established Sea Point Medical Centre, our outpatient program offers compassionate, evidence-based support to guide each person on a personalised journey to lasting recovery from alcohol, substance dependence and other addictive disorders.

Because every person’s history with substance use is different, every recovery path must be thoughtfully shaped around their individual needs, pace, and vision for the future.

The first step? Saying yes to care.

At Life Matters, we offer a discreet, welcoming space designed to support your healing while you continue to live your life. Our outpatient programme blends structure with flexibility, ensuring you receive meaningful support without having to step away from your responsibilities.
